Responsibilities
- Serve as a lead testifying expert in high-value antitrust litigation and arbitration matters
- Maintain and grow a personal book of business while developing new client relationships
- Collaborate closely with law firms and legal teams on complex financial disputes
- Deliver expert reports, deposition testimony, and trial appearances
- Contribute to shaping and scaling the antitrust and valuations practice within the firm
Key Qualifications
- Extensive experience in antitrust damages, valuations, and litigation consulting
- Recognized testifying expert with a history of courtroom and deposition experience
- Strong existing relationships with attorneys and law firms
- Demonstrated ability to originate and lead engagements
- Background from a top-tier consultancy, expert witness firm, or academic institution
- Advanced degree preferred
